Today is day 06/06/06, this could be a useless information i agree, but the beast number was created by the bible and a lot of people belive this is a “bad” number”. i really don’t belive is it an special number or not, but i love superstitions and popular culture, when it is about horror, demons, fantasy, religion and other dark themes.
In bible:
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
It might be argued by some that 666 must be applied to one man’s name, and that this will then help identify him as the antichrist. I would offer the following verse to show that 666 need not apply solely to a man’s name:
Rev 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
Three things identify the beast:
* His mark (of authority)
* His name, the antichrist (as someone who substitutes himself for Jesus Christ, the Son of God, just as an antipope substituted himself into the office of the Papacy)
* The number of his name (666)
Some greek citations show that the 666 name isn’t only about the latin alphabet, but the true and the invention is on latin alphabet, of course, used om Rome, Vatican, other prove that is only any bible invention about numbers and Revelations on bible, is like the number 13 on some buildings, this isn’t a floor’s number, you’ll go from 12 to 14 directly, the bad luck number.
According with Wikipedia the most prominent occurrence of the number is found in the New Testament, where Revelation 13:16-18 states:

Some people belive that when someone “have” the 666 number will start a pursuit or be cursed all the life. So, we all have the 666 number now, we survived 06/06/06!
